Online Dental Billing & Training provides remote dental insurance processing and staff financial training. We specialize in insurance payment posting, insurance verifications, AR management, as well as financial policy training for staff.

We are here to help with your insurance processing needs temporarily, or long term and because of that we do not have minimum or monthly contracts. We offer individual pricing based on your specified needs!

Insurance: We will run your past due Insurance AR report and followup with calls to the insurance companies.

Patients: We run your past due patient AR report and send out past due letters to patients.

Posting Insurance Payments:

We will go onto the insurance companies websites and pull all of your EFT payments/EOB’s and post to patients accounts.

One Time AR Clean-up:

Have you had a turnover with staff?
Has your staff lost control of your past due AR?

We can help with a one time complete AR clean up. We call on all past due insurance accounts and find out where your money is. Every client that has hired us for this service has recouped what they paid us with old insurance monies that was finally paid.

HOW DO OUR SERVICES WORK

Using HIPAA compliant software, our team can manage everything virtually through remote access. Your practice needs a computer, internet and a scanner. We have experience with all major dental software.

Your office will be in charge of getting us the necessary information and we will take care of the rest.

We work with all dental specialties, but most of our clients have been orthodontists.

We do not have a monthly minimum and do not lock you into a contract. Your needs may change and our goal is to help so we just ask that you give 30 days notice when you are ready to take back over.
